Thomas, replies like this are not needed.
I have seen this problem a few dozen times, in every single instance simple
installing Firefox or Chrome the user is able to log in.
Note that the error he is getting is "loginerror You are not currently
logged in".

99% of the time there is a cookie showing logged out that is not getting
overwritten by the logged in cookie. This causes it to look like the user is
perpetually logged out and cannot log in.

Believe it or not I actually have a little bit of experience in this.

If a support tech tells you to do something to troubleshoot the problem (and
it would only take 5 minutes to do) and you refuse to do it, then do not
come back to the support tech and get on them for not helping you.

Now Bill I am more than willing to help you with this, and Dave is
investigating it for you, but you need to help us help you.
