Ok i tracked down the error and im 95% sure this is the problem,
based on your ip address bill, there are no entries in our security 
system banning you,
however whenever you have tried to access the areas 
http://www.spacialaudio.com/index.php?page=helpdesk-login
our apache server is returning a HTTP/1.1 304 status message in our log 
files which could be a couple of things,
the most likely scenario is the proxy cache you are behind needs to be 
cleared, aka clear the proxy cache,
as this status code usualy refers to some form of proxy errors, which 
has nothing to do with browser cache, cookies etc... HOWEVER if your 
browser is configured to use a certain proxy address, that could be the 
problem as well,
but from the sounds of it, your entire LAN is using a proxy gateway, 
since you have tried this from multiple PC's,
and still get the same results, so i would confer your network 
administrator there at the studio and have them clear
the gateways proxy cache, which can be a cumbersome task, but worth it 
in the end.

Another scenario is there could be a bug in an area of our website, 
thats associated with the current version
of php and apache we are using, and Louis and company will check into 
this as well, while i see if
there are any updates we can do for php and apache on our end that may 
or may not clear up this issue.

Hope that sheds some light on the subject and let us know if and when 
you can get the proxy cache cleared
on your gateway device.
