I would have to concure with James, download http://www.memtest86.com/download.html burn it to cd using nero or alcohol 120% via the image burn features. then plop it in a boot up to that cd and run the tests, it should autostart the tests, if you see any errors anywhere on the test scree under the error column, this means you will need to replace your current memory. If you have more the one stick of memory running in dual channel, you will need to yank out one of the sticks and test each one to figure out wich one is bad.
