I had the same problem and went to Soundblaster card which fixed the 
problem. I had a friend that had same problem and we turned on the 
AGC which helped 99 pct.  Make sure when your talking the Speakers 
are muted or your using headset.  This way the mic can not pickup the 
sound and feed it back.  Yes go into the EQ on Voice FX and click on 
AGC and turn it on.  See if that helps.
