Hi Josh,

Who can fix my access violation errors?

This is becoming a more and more serious problem for our terrestrial &
internet station.

Jim

Subject: Re: [General-discussion] access violation errors Anybody there?

Greetings,

For those of you who I have not had the pleasure of contacting before, m,y
name is Josh Ray and I am the director of Products for the Spacial brand. I
typically read these threads and allow the support guys to reply, but I
thought that this thread warranted a response. There has indeed been a fair
number of shake-ups since the Spacial / Ando merger. As James pointed out,
the team has changed significantly, but that does not mean that there is
that the Spacial brand is dead in any way. I promise that you will see
several releases in the first quarter that will demonstrate this.

As far as SAM goes, Paul is the primary contact for that product line right
now and there will be a second person who is dedicated to SAM, but this wont
be until after the new year. Also note that Louis and the African team are
still working in full force. There have been a couple of SAM modifications
that have been pushed to the back burner for a bit, but this is so that we
can focus on some key and time sensitive issues.

If you have any issues and are having a problem getting in touch with
someone in the tech team, you can feel free to e-mail me directly at
[email protected] and I will make sure that the correct party is
contacted.

Thanks for your patience and patronage,

-Josh Ray
