Just a WAG, but, with all the tech support that has been removed from the payroll, I'd say Ando bought the ad delivery system plus the new data gathering capabilities. I doubt they give a patootie about SAM or AudioRealm. Just my opinion .....
Had a very bad feeling about this when it was announced and received almost no info from Spacial except the nobody bought nobody routine. I said then and just to repeat myself once more, I have NEVER met a merger that I liked.
