Well said. You are in the process of making a decision about where to put critical operations of your business. With OpenMail / Exchange, your are locked to a single vendor, which Open Source software, you've got the freedom to get support from any of a number of sources, including yourself. It would have been great if OpenMail had been Open Sourced, but from what I read, there were external licensing and patent issues that made it impossible.
