There is no one-size fits all.  Linux is no exception.
 Further, Windows can buy all the plugs it wants. 
Action speaks louder than words.  Or, as My Cherokee
grand mather used to say, "I cannot hear what you are
saying, your footsteps muffle your words."

Throw the dog a bone.  it isn't what they say that
matters.  The interesting thing is that Windows is on
the defensive.  Look for a lot more of it.
