Please. The Bells have promised stagnation because they are tired of spending billions building out their networks, then being forced by the FCC and PSC's to share their lines with resellers and CLECS. Even though they still make a fortune reselling and starving the local businesses. And if you knew how deep the LPSC is into Bellsouth's pocket book, you would know why you can't get DSL from a reasonable company. Meanwhile Cox continues to build out and abuse its monopoly on cable lines. Bellsouth should wake up and smell the coax. But that is neither here nor there... ray -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ray DeJean http://www.r-a-y.org Systems Engineer Southeastern Louisiana University IBM Certified Specialist AIX Administration, AIX Support =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
