Be good. Play nice. The M$ temps were invited. They
do not know any better. One cannot promote the OS
cause by picking on mental defectives. Leave it
alone. Aside from constantly complaining about
patches and updates that break existing applications,
what could whinning add?

Be nice.
And most of all, be articulate!

Best of luck. I have a conflicting meeting. Do us
proud, but not over-the-top. Nail th poor sob o
security and use real terms. Odds on, he won't know
the terms.

Go get 'em guy. But be condesending, not angry.
Treat them as wayward, and mentally slow, children;
not demons.

Above all, be polite. Make them act act an ass.
Tactics, always think tactics. They are waiting for
you. Have a brief set of stupid MS blunders and OS
replies handy so you can call them on it when they
contradict themselves.

Have fun, but above all, be accurate, and concise.
Nothing bothers a snake-oil salesman like concise,
accurate, facts!

Hit `em hard.

Regards, Doug
