I've never even tried to view dvd's on a linux box actually.
Just trying to cover all the bases when choosing a video card.
It pretty much seems from what I've heard here that I don't need to
waste money on a video card though....seeing how I'm not a gamer and
watching dvd's is not an option.  I may just get the cheapest card that
is would still be considered a step up from my current card.
