I control one of hte firewalls and it has been up for years. Never had a 
problem with that one.

On the other end I can connect to other computers but not to the one in 
question. I will try to ask the people and see about the rules. I am using 
ssh -p [2203,2204...22xx] but I do not think that matters, does it? In any 
case, I do not have a problem SSHing to other computers, but those other 
computers use the standard port 22.
