now that part of their NT & 2k codes are in the open, I wonder if it really
matters to microsoft if you really did or didn't look into their source code.
Microsoft could still argue that your did see the code and used their IP in
your software. I am not saying that they would do it but its just a
possibility. They still have your code (and comments) as open source and they
could use it to their advantage if they make a IP infringement claim again
you(just like sco is doing now).
