It's $39.99 if you have basic cable, or $49.99 if you don't. Basic cable is around $12 per month. LSU students can get it for $19.99 per month I believe.. Also there's a charge for the modem itself.. You can rent one for $10/month, buy one from them for like $100, or find one at the store or ebay or something for some other price. BTW, a co-worker of mine just got Packet8 and says it works great, $20 per month for unlimited local and long distance. Only downside to Packet8 is that they don't support devices other than their own, so you can't plug in your own SIP phone or soft-phone into their network.. Hopefully that'll change at some point.
