Hmm... they must have changed this since I signed up (2+ years ago?). At that time they did not require that you have basic cable or pay extra. Sucks that they do this *&^%. Should be illegal as far as I am concerned. Same service, different pricing. It is bull... The other thing that I do not like is that they business connections cost more for less bandwidth, up AND down.
