I'll have to seriously disagree with you here, since no one else seems to have stepped in on that assertion. As a user of 'gambling' and 'card gaming' sites, I'd have to say that they take security VERY seriously. There are some very reputable online poker games that are very much committed to providing a secure and fair gaming experience to their users. Many of them openly disclose the measures they take towards security, their encryption algorithms, and their random number generators for public scrutiny. Plus, I have NEVER detected any spyware coming from any of the gaming sites that I've visited. OT: any BRLUGers interested in possibly starting up a semi-regular Geeks'n'Cards low-limit poker game? I've found poker to be a very intriguing game, with really interesting mathematical and psychological angles.
