And you're calling me a "virulent fanatic"? This is a completely subjective point of few and certainly not a blanket truth. You have adapted to the OS and associated toolkit that you have and are most comfortable with that. Nothing more. Based on your words in previous postings, I think your problem with Linux is that is not like Windows, which you are used to. It's not that it's ipso facto easier or harder -- it's just not what you expect. Throw a rank newbie at Windows desktop or a KDE desktop or an OSX desktop and I'll bet they'll adapt to any of them with the same amount of difficulty. Throw someone who has already adapted to one particular paradigm at another and they'll have problems. Throw someone who is deeply entrenched in the Windows world at *nix and that person will be significantly challenged trying to "unlearn" things that are second nature. And drop the ad-hominems please. There really is no reason for that. -- Scott Harney<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> "Asking the wrong questions is the leading cause of wrong answers" gpg key fingerprint=7125 0BD3 8EC4 08D7 321D CEE9 F024 7DA6 0BC7 94E5
