As you can see, they are almost identical. (but not quite enough.....)
I'll try the "update-pciids" just in case.

Additionally I was wondering if the hardware can be used by forcing a 
system to utilize "a device" somehow inputting in some config file all 
the indicated IRQ and memory adressess.
