I'm not sure what your problem is, and I'm not familiar with the Cox
business VOIP, but I've got Cox VOIP at home, and I'm happy with it.
I have not been happy with Cox lately.  If my cable TV/Phone/Internet is
working I love it.  When it breaks (which is often) I have about 30 seconds
where I wonder if I would rather live without it or call their tech
support.
I hate Cox.  Just wanted to rant.

On a related note, has anyone else noticed the vast amount of orange tubing
Bellsouth/cingular/AT&T has been laying around town lately?
