My issues with Cox are

1) they executed the disconnect order from the previous homeowners 2 weeks
after I moved in
2) VOIP does not work in absence of house power, backup batteries be damned
3) They are offering new customers plans for $89.95 a month for the triple
play, and existing customers be damned to pay $134

Having said all of the above, they are the only game in town until BellSouth
decides to run FTTH/C.
