Cocoon was using jakarta-avalon which should be relatively stable. The
reason cocoon2 didn't track it was because we never had an interim release
as the remaineder (cornerstone and phoenix) was no where near releasable
quality. If we were to split things up it would make it much easier for
Cocoon2 (and myrmiddon if it adopted as Ant2) to track changes.
