New Jakarta Logo Committed

I've committed the new Jakarta logo based on the one of www.apache.org in the jakarta-site2 CVS.

I've reduced the smoothing on "The Apache" and added a trailing slash as requested on this list.

This logo is lower in height to have more page space, smaller in kb, and clearly shows that Jakarta is an Apache project.
