IMO, the closeness of the JCP process brings most of the "bullshitness" of it.Real life business shouldn't be bullshit. I'm not going to buy into that. It is people like you who opt into the flawed choices instead of speaking up that allow the flawed choices to continue on longer than they should.
Even having open (to read, not to post) lists for the different groups would change a lot of the JCP procedures and results, by making obvious "dark" political moves attackable from the outside.
