Might it be possible for us to add links to http://jakarta.apache.org/LICENSE from each generated htmls?? I think this would be enough. Use <META> tag. (e.g. <meta name="license" value="http://jakarta.apache.org/LICENSE"/>) Perhaps this can be easily done by editing /xdocs/stylesheets/site.vsl
