All of the above 'officially' has to be hosted 'here'.

The issue trackers are for the most part have all migrated to ASF
machines now.

While not a member of the JAMES project, I would also strongly vote -1
on using an external service, like Blogger, for hosting official content.

The issue of dynamic content generation is being actively discussed on
infrastructure lists, come join the discussion and help out, its our
shared infrastructure, everyone is on the same team and trying to make
things better.
