What are the IPs on your apache box? what are the IPs on your windows box? What are the gateway IP on the internal boxen? are you able to access th enet from inside when the modem is in router mode ? The image you sent has many things backword. Whats inside should be outside. Whats outside shoulb be inside. Also, the apache box must be a private IP like 192.168.x.x or 10.10.x.x. Understanding subnetworks and routing is essential for what you are doing my friend. OR, You wait till I am in Amman in 2 weeks and we can discuss it more. $200 an hour 2 days minimum.
