Just a silly question, have you tried acessing your website from somewhere outside your Network, not from a computer on your network.
with some routers, you can't access the website (or any server) from inside the network using the outside connection,
Like if you have the static ip for the router 194.169.0.205, you cannot access your website from inside the network with http://194.169.0.205/, but if you try to connect from somewhere else it will do.

that is all there is to it. Ofcourse you device may need to have certain option enabled. Like Enable IP routing or enable POrt FOrward......
