Your confs are somewhere else. Possibly the IP Routing section. You have to portforword : outside (router) 0.0.0.0:8080 to inside (apache) 10.0.0.1:80 (but how come the iu that is all there is to it. Ofcourse you device may need to have certain option enabled. Like Enable IP routing or enable POrt FOrward...... Abdallah ps. Sure will go.
