for this efficiency:
The dyad (+/ % #)\ computes the moving average and is now
implemented by special code for positive left arguments
and integer and floating point right arguments.

When I wrote up my response, I was only thinking about this special case:
The dyad m u/\ y is now implemented by special code for
the cases where m is a positive integer and
+ /\ boolean, integer or floating point y
