[Jgeneral] About Community/Demographics wiki page modify

I would like to add my name on this list but (probably I don't know so 
well wikies) I don't understand what I've to do. I've read some from 
help but I find this page not modificable (immutable page).
What I do wrong? or, how could I add a row to the table ?
