I overlooked this part of your questions. So... 'jfif' means "J Find in Files" But it also means you are using J 7 (which is bleeding edge and challenging and not so user friendly). And, specifically, you are using jhs (the J Http Server). Anyways, there, Scratch... puts you on a page that works like the main (jijx) page, except it has an editable text area up top where you can paste stuff or whatever.
