Even after restarting, there are labs (viz. cal.ijt and uu.ijt) which I see have been downloaded and apparently installed (i.e they are listed in ~addons/labs/labs/lablist.txt and ~addons/config/config.ijs) -yet do not appear in the Labs dropdown.
