So all of the admissions by FBI, CIA & NSA personel that they didn't
communicate effectively are just a figment of my imagination??

No, i'm pointing out the hypocricy of having a "War on Terrorism" yet
not having an interest in ridding the world of terrorism unless it fits
some narrow pre-defined need.
