Not at all.  But do you blame the fact that the TLD DNS servers weren't
running on P4-3GHz or MainFrames running Linux, or do you blame the people
who staged the DDOS?

Let's get the first battle done and see where it takes us.  If you think
the Ireland/England issues need to be dealt with for war or peace, write
your congressmen and write the president, or do you not believe in the
republic in which we live?
