This is an issue on Arch Linux as well. It does not break any functionality if I remember correctly. I think it has something to do with packages that a have a pre/post install script that requires bash but the packages don't list bash as a dependendency.

I did a pacman -Qs perl, and the package seems to be installed anyway.
