Deploying of snapshots on change was enabled and was working okay and can be
reactivated. The reason why is disabled now, actually is not done on change
only on manual triggering, is because it will generate a lot of artifacts and
we do not stand very well regarding space on server.
I can activate this back anytime but I would rather not and do snapshot
build/deploy only when necessary on request. So, f you would like to have any
of the artifacts build and deployed to snapshots repository just let me know
and I will do that. Send a mail or ping me on messenger.
