I would *strongly* suggest using host independent methods, since if/when we
change host (Tomcats are working overtime soon) I don't want to crack down on
these kinds of stuff. SCP over localhost is fairly performant, but SSH keys are
needed for the user (bamboo? tomcat? www-data?).
