For the following projects there is a snapshot version deployed on
mvn-snapshots on each change (only if the full build it is successful):
Base
Pax Runner
Pax Swissbox
Pax URL
Pax Web
Pax Web Extender
This projects already had build plans made so I just enabled them. If we need
the same setup for other projects let me know.
