Well, I am active in the Incubator, and it normally takes a couple of weeks for something like that to get accepted. Marcel (main proposer) is also a close friend in our Pax community, so why not talk to him and see if we should instead aim for a combined effort. One of the main arguments of "Why Ace?" is "Because P2 is too heavy-weight.". And I have seen Ace live before, and there is a lot of effort behind it, able to handle "push outs" to 100s of thousands of devices, has concepts of application suites, and deep understanding of the OSGi model (at package level). So, for your own sanity, I suggest you join forces and I can ask Marcel to include your codebase into the Ace proposal, and with that be part of the initial community around Ace.
