As far as I'm concerned the vote should be on substantive content.
If there are presentation bugs which don't change the meaning of the
content, then we should allow those to be fixed without a veto.
I've just briefly looked at the copy the James Melton had "edited". Itd
doesn't address the "General Mailing List issue", but it cleans up a
number of other issues. Would this be acceptable or are there too
many changes?
For the General Mailing List, the sentence should probably read
"General Mailing List -- this mailing list is open to the public. It is
intended
for discussion of cross-project issues and proposals."
