Uh, sorry, I thought that asking the question here was obvious: i'm
asking for an XML subproject (i.e. parallel to Xerces and Cocoon).

Sorry for having used the wrong terminology (In my head, I think of
xml.apache.org as project containers and Xerces as projects).
