I found your e-mail at http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm9/liftOver/ and was wondering if you could help me in translating coordinates for NCBI mouse build (37) to UCSC mouse (build 37). How can I tell if there are differences in the builds between NCBI/UCSC/ENSEMBL and how would I convert them generally. (So I don't have to ask you each time).
