Dear Sir or Madam,

The current stable version of yeast, sacCer1, is pretty old, since it was
released six years ago. I noticed the updated version sacCer2 is already being
developed based on the UCSC test website. I checked the document of sacCer2,
"kent/src/hg/makeDb/doc/sacCer2.txt". It seems you guys already gets almost all
things done, including new SGD genome assembly, new phastCons score, new gene
annotation (both Ensembl and SGD), new EST/mRNA mapping and many others. As
said above, since sacCer1 is too old, these new information is very helpful for
my project. So I am just wondering when you could release this information. As
of now, UCSC ftp site only has EST/mRNA mapping beds,
ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/sacCer2/ .

Thanks for your reply ahead.

Best regards,
