Dear all, I would like to know how to liftover the Multiple Alignment from one assembly to another.
I downloaded the "Conservation scores for alignments of 6 vertebrate genomes with zebrafish", from UCSC, which is Zv6 version. I would like to convert this to Zv7, as no MSA file is there on UCSC. Any suggestions on how to do this ?
