Dear Chirag, Zv8 is currently under development but we don't know when it will be released on the public site. It did, however, recently become available on our test site: http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu.
Please keep in mind that it has not yet gone through our Quality Assurance process, has very few tracks, and is not in its final form. As tracks are created, they will be added to this test site and so you might want to watch it for your track of interest.
