Hi Chirag,

Unfortunately, the liftOver tool will not work in this case. The next
zebrafish assembly, danRer6 (Zv8), will have a Conservation track and so
we suggest that you wait for its release.

When the new zebrafish assembly is published on the UCSC Browser, the
assembly will be added to the Release Log
(http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/releaseLog.html) and a statement will
be made to the genome-announce mailing list
(https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome-announce). Please
check the Release Log or subscribe to the low-volume genome-announce
list for email notification of releases.
<https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome-announce.>

Please don't hesitate to contact the mail list again if you require
further assistance.
