Hi, We are only able to upload .wig files as a custom track from a Unix/Linux OS. We first noticed the problem when our customers were complaining that they could not upload the .wig files to the Genome Browser, yet I could upload them just fine. I ended up testing the upload problem from many different computers (Windows vs. Linux, IE vs. Firefox, off campus vs. on campus) and the upload usually times out whenever a Windows OS is used to upload. Maybe 1 out of 10 times it will work in Windows. It always works when I use Fedora, CentOS, Redhat, etc. I tried many different sized of .wig files and even the small ones time out for some reason. Could someone please help us figure this out, as we have many customers that can't view their data that they paid for?
