Hello, In the chimpanzee PanTro2 database, there is a table which provides 'net' alignment liftover co-ordinates in BED format (specifically, the netHg19 table). I was wondering if such a table exists for the mappings from PanTro2 to hg18? Alternatively, is there a method for converting the original liftover net files into their BED file equivalents so that I could do the conversion myself?
