Hi Wuqi,

It looks like the Epigenomics Browser is part of the Roadmap Epigenomics 
Project. I was able to find their website, www.roadmapepigenomics.org, 
and see on their Participants webpage 
(http://www.roadmapepigenomics.org/participants) that Baylor College of 
Medicine is the Data Analysis and Coordination Center. A contact person 
is listed, I suggest you try to contact them to find out who is running 
the browser.
