Hi, I find an error in mm9 knownGene. Mpg and Mare are at the same locus. 2 Mpg genes are on the '+' strand and 1 Mpg gene is on the '-' strand. However, the one on the '-' strand to be Mare rather than Mpg. I think that there may be other errors like this in knownGene. This makes me wonder how gene names are assigned to the knownGenes and why such error occurs.
